We have in-house professional authenticators with experience authenticating thousands of luxury items from prestigious designer brands. Our proprietary multi-tiered authentication process ensures that each piece is reviewed multiple times by a trained authenticator before the item is available for sale. We collect data about all our items and use it to create reference libraries that show us every variance and minor change made by the brands we carry. We conduct extremely detailed research about the counterfeit market and collect data on exactly how they are made to compare to authentic pieces. Our Authenticators are trained on exactly what details to be on the lookout for that indicate an item may be counterfeit.

How will I know my order was confirmed?
An e-mail confirmation will be sent from info@xforone.com after your order is confirmed. This confirmation will detail your order number, item purchased. You can also check the status from your account. When an order is shipped, the updated tracking information can also be found there.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within three business days. We will double check items and prepare the shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can track your package. Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will be notified via e-mail if items in your order are delayed or out of stock.The estimated delivery time depends on the address you order from, We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

How can I change or cancel my order?

SHIPPING INSURANCE
All of our shipments are insured for the full price of the item. Signatures is required for each shipment. Once a signature has been tendered, all responsibility for the package shifts to you and we will not be responsible for any damage of the package or any item. Please make sure to immediately notify your delivery courier if the package appears to be damaged. Under no circumstances should you open the package if it appears tampered with or otherwise damaged. The courier should be able to assist you with filing a claim.
If you don't need insure full price,please remark when you order.once it is shipped, we will not be responsible for the missing or any damage of the package or any item.

Delivery duties?
Depending on the country of destination, some packages may require payment of duties. It requires you to check with your local custom authorities whether any additional fees or duties have to be paid upon arrival. If any package is returned, we will deduct any unpaid duties or other costs associated with the package. If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs charges and all the costs of returning the package. The amount of any incurred charges will be deducted from any refund.

Returns?
If the item you purchased is not the right fit, we will gladly accept the return if the request is made within 2 days of receipt of the package (excluding shipping and payment processing fees). Just feel free to contact with client service whatsapp.
Return rules:
1) All returned items must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, not dry cleaned, unaltered and undamaged. Any hang tags and promotional materials must still be securely attached to the garment.
2) Once your return request accepted, you will be provided with return instructions and shipping address. Please follow the instructions closely. Do not return the item back to us without receiving prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and will no longer be eligible for returns.
Please note that the return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please also note that the responsibility for each item that you are returning is with the customer until we have received the item. If your item is damaged or lost before it reaches us, we cannot provide a refund. Please make sure you follow the return instructions fully which will require you to ship the package with tracking and signature requirements.

Estimated time for resund?
When your return has been received and accepted, you will be issued the appropriate refund within 5 business days (any shipping and payment processing fees excluded). Please note, however, that depending on your financial institution, the refund may take longer.

Payment processing fees?
Payment processing fees charged by our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe etc) are not returned to us when your refund is issued. For that reason, we will deduct the amount of fees from any refund or order cancellation. Amount of the payment processing fees vary from one bank to another. We will calculate the amount of fees charged to us after your return or cancellation request has been placed. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive this information from our payment processing provider. Thank you for your understanding.
